Many questions are answered in this fully searchable FAQ, if you don’t find a solution please do contact us.
Should you have a question not covered in the FAQ or an issue using FoCal please raise a support request via the support contact form and we will do our best to help.
If you wish to send us attachments (screen shots or similar) to go along with your support request raise a support request via the contact form. You will receive an email reply and then can reply to that via email and provide an attachment (there is a 15 meg size limit to each reply).
