What is the refund policy for Reikan FoCal?
We want users to enjoy using FoCal and find it useful. If that doesn’t happen let us know within 21 days of purchase and we’ll provide a refund.
The support team are ready to answer any questions and can help get things running smoothly. Use the support contact form (also linked from the top of all website pages) to drop us a message.
Please inform us if you’d like a refund BEFORE you update your license multiple times. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from users who have made a large amount of license updates.
