Do you have a demo or trial version of FoCal?

We do not provide a trial or demo version of FoCal.

Should you have a problem with the software, please contact us via the support contact form and we will try and resolve any issues you may have. In most cases we can help you get everything working.

If there is an issue we can’t resolve without investigation we may ask for logging to be turned on (and supply instructions on how to do this) in order to better understand the problem. If we cannot resolve the problem we may choose to offer a refund.

Please note that you must notify us of any issues within 30 days of purchase otherwise we are unable to offer a refund. Please inform us if you have any issues before updating your license multiple times. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests when it’s clear multiple cameras have been added to the licence and calibrated.
